Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Mocky, an AI-powered mock test platform for Victorian students preparing for ACER, EduTest, and selective entry exams. Mocky is operated by [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [INSERT ABN]). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Mocky

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Student profiles are records you create and manage on behalf of your child — students do not sign in directly. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and payment

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, each student profile requires a paid subscription — $25 AUD/month or $249 AUD/year per student, with no discount for additional students. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Adding a student to an existing subscription charges a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, shown to you for confirmation before you're charged. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

Acceptable use

Mocky is for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to resell access, attempt to circumvent trial or subscription limits, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other families.

AI-generated content

Test questions, explanations, and Written Expression feedback are generated by AI models and are intended as practice material only. Mocky is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ACER, EduTest, or any exam or school admissions body. We aim for questions to closely match the style and difficulty of real exams, but we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome or score.

Account termination

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your student profiles and test history — it cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mocky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mocky after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
