These terms govern your use of MockyTest, an AI-powered mock test platform for Victorian students preparing for ACER, EduTest, and selective entry exams. MockyTest is operated under ABN 90 449 251 037. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Student profiles are records you create and manage on behalf of your child — students do not sign in directly. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your account requires a paid subscription — plans start from $16.99 AUD/month or $169 AUD/year, both including GST. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Adding a student to your account does not change your subscription price. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
MockyTest is for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to resell access, attempt to circumvent trial or subscription limits, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other families.
Test questions, explanations, and Written Expression feedback are generated by AI models and are intended as practice material only. MockyTest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ACER, EduTest, or any exam or school admissions body. We aim for questions to closely match the style and difficulty of real exams, but we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome or score.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your student profiles and test history — it cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MockyTest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of MockyTest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MockyTest after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
